Customers in more than 135 countries depend on Aviat Networks to build, expand, and upgrade their voice, data, and video solutions.We currently have an immediate need for a Sales Support Manager for Gurgaon, IndiaAbout the Role: This position\xe2\x80\x99s primary focus is to provide essential support to the sales team through operational, administrative, and organizational assistance to ensure efficient sales operations.Responsibilities: * Sales Support Management

  • Oversee and manage the sales support team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Make sure that team members are clear with their goals and objectives, working harmoniously, and highly motivated in their daily work.
  • Pricing Review and Analysis
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis of pricing strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop competitive pricing models.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing strategies to make informed pricing decisions.
  • Booking and Revenue Targets Forecasting and Monitoring
  • Oversee and track booking and revenue targets for the India market to ensure that it meets regional expectations.
  • Align margins in keeping with regional policy.
  • Compliance and Record Management
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, and contracts in keeping with internal portals and online tools.
  • Implement and enforce compliance procedures to mitigate risks and ensure ethical business practices.
  • New Process to Support Market Sales
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and procedures.
  • Develop and implement new processes to support market sales and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
  • Knowledge and Innovative Solutions of Microwave Telecom Technology
  • Possess a strong understanding of microwave telecom technology and its applications.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies in the field of microwave telecom.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering team in providing innovative solutions to customers
Qualifications & Competencies:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business technology, or a related field.
  • 8 or more Proven experience in sales support or a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in one\xe2\x80\x99s performance and its impact on company\xe2\x80\x99s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter, cooperative attitude, team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
