Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our team at Smart Travel. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to support all sales operations, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. You will assist in managing client inquiries, preparing sales documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in coordinating customer inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure timely responses and sales progress.
• Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related documents
• Assist with enquiry, tracking, and documentation, ensuring all enquiries are processed accurately and on time.
• Update and maintain customer records, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports, tracking sales performance, and providing insights on areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and customer service to ensure all sales initiatives are aligned and executed smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: 1 year experience in sales support, customer service (preferably in travel or hospitality industry).Fresher's can also apply
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with CRM
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
