  • Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing information about products or services.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.
  • Following up with leads and prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Achieving sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Continuously improving product knowledge and sales skills through training and development programs.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers.
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Education:
  • Any Graduate
  • Preferable female candidate
  • Preference may be given to candidates with good communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
