Job summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our International Sales Department. The role involves providing backend support for market analysis, business development, logistics coordination, and compliance management while ensuring smooth communication and alignment between various internal and external customers. This position is ideal for candidates with up to 5 years of experience in international sales support and a strong understanding of global trade dynamics.
Primary Responsibilities
Market Analysis: Provide backend support to conduct thorough market research to identify potential export markets and evaluate market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Business Development: Assist in implementing strategic plans to expand the company's presence in international markets. Assist to Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Sales Strategy: Execute effective sales strategies to drive export growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to facilitate the timely delivery of products to international customers. Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with export regulations and customs requirements.
Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Compliance and Risk Management: Stay informed about international trade regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements. Assist to ensure compliance with export laws and regulations to minimize legal and financial risks.
Coordination Role:
She will be playing a pivotal role in coordinating with business heads, customers, logistics, export documentation, technical support, and the production planning department.
