• Making, Quotations, Sending, follow up , negotiation and others, Tracking in Excel File.
• Work Order - All follow up, New, Amendment, Renewal, Expiry etc. , Tracking in XLS File, Copies in hard file etc.
• Updating the P.O Terms to All in the Official WA Group.
• Updating Contact List.
• Updating Contact List.
• Transit File Analysis for making PI and MOB / DMOB Invoice.
• Work Order expiry Alert to All.
• Work Order expiry Alert to All.
• Machine Working Hours intimation to Operations.
• Intimating actual working hours for new site deployment to Operations.
• Client Desire Mail Intimation and Forward to Operations Team.
• Sending Mail for Logsheets related Queries of Site.
• New Vendor Registration
• Tender Related Tasks.
• Collection Follow Up for Advance and PI Cases.
• Reports for Weekly Discussion.
• Diesel data collection.
• Idle list circulation to operation.
• All calls, mails related to Client Office and Site related Routine.

Key Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles, preferably within a service-based company.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
