Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with Experience in Pharmaceutical field , Experience in e-commerce lead generation, B2B Sales to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Proactively identify and qualify new leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with clients to understand their e-commerce goals and challenges.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall company objectives.
Skills:
Market Knowledge: Understanding of international markets,
Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating terms, contracts, and pricing on an international scale.
Logistics and Supply Chain Understanding: Knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures, and supply chain logistics.
Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate challenges such as currency fluctuations, regulatory issues, and international trade barriers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, pharmaceutical field or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
