Job Role - Sales Support Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing information about products, services, and order status.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, such as quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, meetings, and presentations.
- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
