Telecaller Cum Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer support. This role involves identifying and converting leads, maintaining customer relationships, and providing technical assistance to customers.

Excellent communication skills - written and spoken.
Substantial experience in a customer service role.

A Basic working knowledge of operating computer applications.
