Job Description

We are for one of our clients, The Sales Support Specialist will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing sales documents, and supporting the team to meet business goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilites.

Sales Team Support:



Manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM (e.g., Salesforce). Prepare and maintain sales documents, proposals, and presentations.

Order Management:



Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication. Monitor inventory and assist in order fulfillment. Resolve order-related issues in coordination with internal teams.

Customer Communication:



Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information. Follow up on quotes, orders, and outstanding issues for customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Reporting & Data Management:



Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance. Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer interactions. Support sales forecasting and trend analysis.

Administrative Support:



Coordinate travel, meetings, and events for the sales team. Assist in sales events, trainings, and promotional activities. Manage client registrations, web inquiries, and sales documentation updates. Ensure and maintain kit governance and documenting validations.

Required Competencies



2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role. Past experience in an Aviation base role preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to communicate in English and Hindi fluently (oral and written) an absolute must.

Ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural where consensus is the norm. o Excellent numeric, written, and oral communication skills. o Excellent time management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously o Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM applications) o Strong individual that can work autonomously and within a team to deliver results. o Cultural sensitivity and awareness. Ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment where collaboration is the norm.
