Job Summary: The Sales Support Executive will provide essential support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing customer relationships, and assisting with sales activities. The Sales Support Executive will play a key role in facilitating communication between the sales team and clients, maintaining sales records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
• Maintain and update sales databases, and sales records.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about products and services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
• Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Sales Coordination:
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Support the sales team in tracking and managing sales leads, opportunities, and pipelines.
• Order Processing:
• Process sales orders, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with relevant departments for order fulfillment.
• Monitor the status of orders and provide updates to customers and the sales team.
• Handle any issues related to order discrepancies, returns, or exchanges.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and opportunities.
• Assist in analyzing sales data and preparing reports on sales performance and market conditions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on market research findings.
• Sales Support Activities:
• Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Prepare sales materials, brochures, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in using and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the same industry or sector.
• Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with regular office hours.
• May require occasional travel to support sales events or meet with clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
