> Role Overview:

The Sales Support Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets by ensuring seamless coordination with internal departments and external clients.

This position involves providing administrative, operational, and strategic support to the sales team and managers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

> Key Responsibilities

1.) Sales Team Coordination

• Assist sales managers and on-ground sales teams in their daily operations.
• Schedule and organize sales meetings, presentations, and monthly review sessions.
• Track and follow up on sales leads and opportunities.

2.) Pricing and Documentation

• Liaise with the pricing department to ensure accurate and timely quotes for clients.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team.

3.) Client and Interdepartmental Communication

• Act as a central point of contact between sales, operations, finance, and other departments.
• Address inquiries from clients or internal teams regarding sales processes or issues.

4.) Reporting and Analysis

• Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports for review meetings.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

5.) Support Activities

• Organize training sessions or workshops for the sales team as required.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining CRM tools and sales tracking software.
• Monitor and manage the inventory of sales materials and promotional items.

> Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.

Pay: ?172,155.36 - ?534,466.31 per year
