Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for increased market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and sales partners.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Train and coach the sales team to enhance their performance and understanding of our offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and drive them toward achieving their targets.
• Analytical skills to monitor performance and adapt strategies as needed.
• Experience in B2B or wholesale industries is a plus.
