This role will be instrumental in shaping our business strategy and enhancing our customer engagement. Here's what you'll do:
• B2B Engagement : Develop strategies for engaging B2B clients, executing deals, and managing customer relationships from start to finish.
• Brand Innovation : Generate creative ideas to boost brand awareness, visibility, and customer loyalty.
• Market Research : Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
• Customer Interaction : Directly engage with customers to collect valuable feedback and insights that inform our strategies.
• Startup Agility : Handle a variety of tasks that are typical in a dynamic startup environment.
