Job Description

As a Sales Staff member at Textails, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing sales transactions, and maintaining product knowledge to effectively promote our textile products.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting textile products that meet their needs. Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and care instructions. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and new product arrivals. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic knowledge of textile products and industry trends is advantageous. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions. Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays.
