Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with product selection, providing expert advice on fragrances and matching scents to preferences. Maintain thorough knowledge of perfume brands, ingredients, and trends to offer informed recommendations. Demonstrate and promote fragrances, ensuring customers have a personalized shopping experience. Process transactions, handle payments, and manage sales. Assist with restocking, inventory management, and keeping the store clean and visually appealing. Build lasting relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall shop performance. Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and engage customers.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry. Passion for perfumes, with knowledge of scent families, brands, and fragrance trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
