We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Staff (Male/Female) to join our team in Kozhikode . The ideal candidates will have previous experience in sales, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate products and services.
• Assist customers in selecting products, providing product information, and answering any inquiries.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while providing excellent customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall sales performance.
• Handle transactions, including processing payments and providing receipts.
• Ensure the sales floor is organized and well-stocked, ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and keeping track of product levels.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, trends, and potential improvements in product offerings.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements :

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; freshers may also apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to handle point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or customer service training is a plus.
