We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Staff to join our team in Kalamasery. Whether you are a fresher or have prior sales experience, we offer an exciting opportunity to grow and contribute to the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, engaging with customers, and helping to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions.
• Promote and sell products/services to meet sales targets.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on product features.
• Assist in managing the sales floor and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues.
• Process transactions, manage sales data, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in visual merchandising and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
• Collaborate with the team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers.
• Basic understanding of sales processes.
• Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, sales software, etc.) are a plus.

Salary:

• ?18,000 per month.
