• Previous experience in retail or supermarket sales is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.

• Minimum educational qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Staff to join our supermarket team in Thoppumpady . As a sales staff member, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining product displays, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidates will be friendly, approachable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Assist customers in locating products and answering queries.
• Ensure the store shelves are stocked, organized, and properly labeled.
• Handle cashier duties and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking items as needed.

Skills Required :

• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus).
• Friendly and customer-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of sales and retail operations.
• Ability to work in shifts and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
