We have an exciting Job Opportunity for Sales Specialist - Hospital Retail Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire a Sales Specialist - Hospital Retail for Bangalore and hyderabad based location Job Purpose: Responsible for the designated region, the incumbent aims to regularly engage with ophthalmologists, achieving revenue objectives aligned with team and organizational goals. Ensuring compliance with the company\'s call average and ophthalmology coverage requirements within the specified region. Main Responsibilities: Take accountability for the assigned territory, maintaining regular interactions with ophthalmologists and opticians to meet revenue budgets aligned with team and organizational objectives. Collaborate with sales teams across different locations to generate revenues in the Hospital Retail Channel. Execute customer and market development initiatives in coordination with line managers. Reports to: Cluster Manager Key Result Areas: Manage and update a client base of consultant ophthalmologists, institutions, and hospitals, continually reviewing the list to enhance business. Conduct product discussions with ophthalmologists, facilitate consumer education, perform retail audits, and monitor distributor activities. Implement the company\'s marketing strategies consistently to meet sales targets and product volume budgets. Achieve the company\'s call average and adhere to ophthalmology criteria in the designated region. Adhere to reporting procedures, work schedules, and budgets to maximize sales and establish efficient sales processes. Job Specifications: Candidate must hold a graduate degree in science, pharmacy, or optometry with a proven track record.
