As a sales specialist at XU Lifestyle, you will be responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients and managing relationships with the existing ones. • Identify potential clients through market research and networking.

• Develop and implement strategies for reaching new markets and client segments.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business deals.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales plans.

• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.

• Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and agreements to potential clients.

• Customize sales pitches and presentations to meet client needs and expectations.

• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.

• Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development activities.

• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
