Company Description Chai Bunk is a rapidly growing cafe chain founded in 2021 by Sandeep and Co-Founded by Harikanth S. We specialize in a variety of chai blends, but also serve delicious coffee, milkshakes, sandwiches, burgers and quick bites. In just 1 1/2 years, we have grown from zero to 46 stores. Our stores are known for their unique container cafe design and cozy ambiance that customers love. We started franchising the business in Oct 2021 and our goal is to open 200 stores by 2023. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in Hyderabad with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, conducting sales meetings, providing training to new and existing sales team members, and managing the sales team\'s performance. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven track record of achieving Sales targets Experience in Sales and/or Sales Management Ability to create and deliver effective Training programs Qualifications that would be beneficial for the role: Experience in the food and beverage industry Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
