Our B2B customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer so we are reinventing everything from how we acquire our customers, display our selection, price our products, and provide the right customer experience.We are seeking a talented, self-directed B2B Sales Specialist - to manage tele-sales / tele-marketing channel.
The B2B Sales Specialist will be responsible for launching and managing third party tele-marketing agencies, to ultimately scale new customer acquisition, activation and engagement for Amazon Business marketplace.
The ideal candidate needs to have passion for and deep experience in tele-marketing and should be able to manage multiple programs and projects at one time. The candidate will need to launch new tele-sales campaigns and improve efficiencies of the existing ones. The candidate will also be responsible for effective budget management for this channel and will need to ensure sustainable ROI (Return on Investment).Key job responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of sales experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience in managing multiple programsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
