Assess training needs of the sales and Technical service teams through collaboration with department leaders, analysis of performance data, and gathering feedback from employees. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Design and develop comprehensive training programs and curricula that focus on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, demonstrations, case studies, to effectively convey product features, benefits, and selling strategies. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Deliver training sessions and workshops using various instructional techniques, such as classroom training, virtual platforms to ensure maximum engagement and understanding. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Manage training logistics, including scheduling training sessions, coordinating resources, and maintaining training records. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations related to product sales and customer Service Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Benefits:
