Design and develop comprehensive training programs and curricula that focus on productknowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, demonstrations, casestudies, to effectively convey product features, benefits, and selling strategies. Deliver training sessions and workshops using various instructional techniques, such as classroomtraining, virtual platforms to ensure maximum engagement and understanding. Manage training logistics, including scheduling training sessions, coordinating resources, andmaintaining training records.
