Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
5. Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
8. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance against targets and key metrics.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.Job Expectations:Requirements:
1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury resorts or hotels.
3. Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets.
4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
