Role Objective :The individual in this role will be responsible for acquiring and developing new customer relationships, as well as negotiating improved margins and credit terms with existing clients.Role Responsibilities :- Account Management/Farming : The candidate must exhibit strong abilities in managing key client accounts.- Hunting : Focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities in the market.- Existing Account Management : Oversee and nurture relationships with current accounts.- Increase SOP : Drive efforts to enhance standard operating procedues.- Fulfillment Excellence : Ensure a fulfillment rate of 99% or higher, with all orders delivered on time and in full.- Timely Collections : Ensure that all payments are collected promptly.- Relationship Building : Cultivate and sustain strong, enduring relationships across all levels of the customer\'s organization.Work Experience :- Essential : Experience in the sales of wires, cables, and switchgear.- Essential : Technical knowledge and understanding of wires, cables, and switchgear products.Knowledge/Skills :- Essential : Expertise in wires, cables, and switchgear.- Essential : Strong customer management skills.- Essential : Proficiency in communication, both written and spoken, in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
