This role combines the responsibilities of both Sales and Business Development, focusing on driving growth for Automation Anywhere\'s RPA solutions. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and relationship management. You will also play a strategic role in developing new business opportunities and expanding market share.Responsibilities :Sales :- Prospect and develop new leads for Automation Anywhere solutions- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations- Negotiate and close deals- Manage and forecast sales pipelineBusiness Development :- Identify and research new market opportunities- Develop and implement strategies to expand market share- Build relationships with key industry partners- Stay up-to-date on the latest RPA trends and technologiesQualifications :- 3-6 years of experience in B2B software sales or business development- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets- Strong understanding of RPA and its business benefits (experience selling RPA solutions a plus)- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- Ability to build relationships and navigate complex sales cycles- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently- Experience in managing a territory or quota (preferred)Technical Skills (Preferred) :- Experience with Automation Anywhere platform (AA Platform, Discovery Bot, Bot Creator, etc.)- Understanding of cloud-based solutions (ref:updazz.com)
