They are looking for an IMMEDIATE JOINER.Responsibilities:-1] Customer Engagement:- Call existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.- Use sales scripts the company provides to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.2] Order Management:- Accurately record details of customers\' purchase orders.- Process all customer purchases accordingly.3]Lead Generation:- Generate promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.4] Customer Account Management:- Manage customer accounts by ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.5] Product Knowledge:- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers\' needs and preferences.6] Target Achievement:Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales.Requirements -1] Technical Skills:- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.- The ability to follow scripts.2] Sales Skills:- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication skills.- Exceptional customer service skills.Experience:- 6 months to 2 years of work experience in telesales.- Benefits:-- Work Schedule:- 6 days working with rotational shifts.- 9-hour shifts.-Compensation:- Salary up to 35k CTC.- Incentives 40k+.- 100rs conveyance per day.-Additional Perks:- Breakfast/ dinner provided.- PF/ESI/Medical benefits.- Same-day selection process.-Good communication skills are required.- Qualifications: Any qualification.- Experience: Fresher eligible when a person is a Graduate, Under Graduate should have experience Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
