Responsibilities :- Developing and executing the enterprise sales strategy for our financial wellness solutions, targeting CXOs/Founders/Owners- Identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients in various industries, with a focus on companies in offline & online B2B distributions and onboard them as an anchor on Quid- Establishing, building and maintaining relationships with Anchors, NBFCs and internal Stake holders- Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions to address client concerns- Negotiating and closing enterprise deals- Providing ongoing account assistance to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Collaborating with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth, new product development, and innovative solutions to streamline current processesQualification :- 7+ years of experience in Supply chain financing/ fintech Startups or similar domains- Proven track record of independently engaging, pursuing leads and closing large deals with CXO\'s and other key stakeholders- Strong understanding of financial products and industry trends- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to identify client needs and pain points in employee wellness programs- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in business, or a related field (ref:updazz.com)
