- Hands-on experience in selling products related to corporate gifting to admin and HR and through corporate re-sellers.- Should have a willingness to travel to nearby territories to conduct field sales.- Should possess excellent know-how and have hands-on experience in communicating product features and benefits to potential clients and customers.- Should understand customer needs and requirements and relay the information back to the management.- Should demonstrate a thorough understanding of the levers of the business and can translate qualitative inputs into quantifiable outputs- Should be a team player with a go-getter attitude, Passionate about sales and business development.- Should possess a high degree of persuasive skills, detail orientation, and be able to communicate necessities in the right way- Analytical & good with data (Hands on experience in Excel)Expectations from the role:- Responsible for Corporate Gifting Sales Targets and ensuring that all Sales Orders are acknowledged and serviced promptly.- Responsible for providing projections for all Key Accounts as a part of the Demand Planning and Business Forecasting exercise.
