As a Sales & Reservation Executive, you will be the key point of contact for our guests and partners, ensuring smooth operations and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales:
• Actively promote the resort's services to increase bookings and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
• Assist in implementing promotional strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Reservations:
• Handle guest inquiries and bookings via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Manage reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Upsell room categories and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Customer Service:
• Provide prompt and courteous responses to guest inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with check-in/check-out processes as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales or reservations in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and booking platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
