Interact telephonically and via email with customers registered online in portal to understand well their business requirements
Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain relationships and retain customers.
Maintain a detailed database of client information and interactions
Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
Experienced in sales function, preferably business to business sales
Comfortable in working with monthly sales targets
Experienced in convincing clients to conclude a sale
Highlight the key features of the portal and encourage customers to try the features.
Coordinate with the back-end team as required to deliver the services
Demonstrate a positive attitude, work independently and with little supervision and complete assigned tasks successfully
Demonstrate honesty and integrity adhere to company policy and maintain a professional attitude and demeanor
Any other tasks assigned by the Manager/ Operations within the broad scope of the business operation.
Collaborate with the others team to develop strategies for growth
