Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative Specialist with a strong background in Sales to join our Shimla office. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English language proficiency (both written and spoken) and a keen ability to enhance the sales effectively. As a Sales representative, you will be the frontline representative of EuroNoxx Reserves, ensuring a positive relation and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serves customers by selling products and services and meeting customer needs via telephonically mode.
-Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
-Greets potential customers, listens to their needs and problems, and steers them toward products and services that can help them to address their needs.
-Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
-Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
-Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
-Works with marketing and other departments to constantly improve customer-facing communications and product information by sharing client feedback.
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Requirements:
-Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, inventory databases, and other sales and fulfillment software.
-The ability to understand and utilize a large volume of product information and sector expertise to solve client inquiries and close sales
-The ability to lead generation, focus on customers, meet sales goals, presentation skills.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications products and services.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in MBA, or a related field.
- Prior experience working in a multinational company.
