Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: o Identify and target new business opportunities within the PVC industry. o Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. o Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction. Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions. o Negotiate contracts and terms of sales to meet both company and customer needs. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Product Knowledge and Training: Maintain an in-depth understanding of PVC chemical products and their applications. Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and new product launches. o Provide training and support to customers on product usage and best practices. Administrative Duties: o Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets. o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. o Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Qualifications: Education: o Bachelor's degree o Experience: o Proven experience in sales, preferably within the chemical industry or a related field. o Knowledge of PVC chemicals and their applications is highly desirable. Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Other Requirements: o Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
