About the Role:
Ecoponic Agri Tech is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting our sales team by building strong relationships with our clients, driving growth, and ensuring seamless coordination. This role requires a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
• Coordinate sales activities with a focus on hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other industry networks.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, prepare sales reports, and track performance using MS Office tools.
• Visit client locations within Kolkata as needed (fuel and travel expenses reimbursed).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts in the fruits and vegetable sector.
Requirements:
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in Hindi, Bengali, and English preferred.
• Previous experience in sales is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge or background in the fruits and vegetables industry is preferred.
• Self-transport (e.g., motorcycle or bike) for efficient travel within Kolkata is strongly preferred (with fuel/travel reimbursement).
• Must be a resident of Kolkata.
