: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in real estate. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships to ensure the successful sale of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Calling: Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to prospective clients, presenting our properties and highlighting their benefits.
• Sales Visits: Conduct site visits with potential buyers, showcasing the features and advantages of our properties.
• Project Management: Coordinate various aspects of the sales process, including follow-ups, documentation, and client interactions.

Work Hours:

• 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, or
• 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM

Leave Policy:

• One leave per week, inclusive of all medical, festival, and other leaves.
• Compulsory work on Saturdays and Sundays, except in cases of emergency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month

Compensation package:

• Yearly bonus
