Designation : Field Sales Executive

Job type : Full-time/On-site/Field Job

Salary : 15000 - 20000 per month/-

Timings : 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Days: Monday - Saturday

Language : English, Hindi, Bengali

Educational Background -Bcom, MCom, MBA and other relevant courses. Can be any graduates from quantitative background

Years of Experience- 1-5years

Key Skills - Mutual Funds, Stock Market, Insurance, Banking, Accounts, MSExcel

Key Responsibilities

2. Understand client's need and provide customized solutions

3. Must be able to generate leads

4. Shall have in-depth knowledge about the products, features and benefits

5. Shall visit to the clients, generate leads and maintain record

6. Shall meet the given sales target

7. Schedule and manage client visits

8. Ensure lively relationship with new as well as existing clients

9. Devise your own sales strategy to generate lead

3. Should be able to cope up with stress

4. Should creatively handle client's query

5. Demonstrate patience while handling clients

6. Active listening is the key to success in sales

7. Communicate with clients on a daily basis

10. Change and implement strategy as per the latest trends

Requirements

Shall be able to come up with customized solution and plans to meet the specific client's need

Should be from quantitative background

Shall be proficient in dealing with calculations

Shall have a keen interest in stocks

Knowledge about the banking, interest rates and so on

Willing to travel

Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in the local language

Proven experience in banking sectors or related field is a plus
