We're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and generate leads and convert them into customers. The ideal candidate should have a background in sales, marketing and client management. Experience in paper industry, though not necessary, will be looked upon favourably.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek out potential customers and generate leads through various methods such as visits, cold calling, networking, online research, etc.
2. Qualifying Leads: Assess the potential of generated leads by gathering information about their needs, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline.
3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Through site visits, personally engage with prospective customers to present products or services, conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and provide relevant information.
4. Relationship Building: Focus on building relationships with potential customers by establishing rapport, addressing concerns, and maintaining regular communication.
Qualifications:
1. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
4. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
5. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
7. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
