Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to effectively present and recommend solutions to clients.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
