Role & responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
Analyse competitors' products and sales strategies.
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and customer accounts.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of polymer raw materials and their applications.
Educate clients on product benefits, specifications, and uses.
Sales Administration:
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Targets & Reporting:
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Experience:
3-5 years Proven experience in sales, specifically in selling polymer raw materials.
Experience working in a trading firm is highly desirable.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong understanding of the polymer market and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
