Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify potential customers and initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Create and maintain a sales pipeline by qualifying leads and converting them into opportunities.
• Client-Centric Approach
• Engage with customers to understand their business needs and pain points.
• Deliver customized IT solutions, including software, hardware, and services, to address client challenges.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Product Demonstrations & Presentations
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Prepare high-quality sales presentations and proposals that align with client requirements.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable sales agreements.
• Handle objections effectively and close deals with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Market and Competitive Intelligence
• Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings to stay ahead in the market.
• Share insights with the team to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
• Collaboration with Teams
• Partner with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and delivery of proposed solutions.
• Work with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and drive brand awareness.
• Post-Sales Support
• Ensure smooth handover to support teams for implementation and after-sales service.
• Follow up with clients to gather feedback and build lasting relationships.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain accurate sales records, including activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
