Job Title: Sales Executive - Pathology Lab for Remote Area
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in a remote area. The role involves generating and converting new leads, managing client inquiries, overseeing sample collection and dispatch to referral labs, and handling payment follow-ups. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and engage with potential clients in the area, present services, and convert leads.
• Client Support: Address client inquiries and provide solutions to maintain high satisfaction.
• Sample Collection & Logistics: Coordinate the collection of samples and ensure timely delivery to referral labs.
• Payment Management: Follow up with clients for payments and maintain accurate records.
Educational Qualifications:
• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or
• Bachelor's in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT)
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of pathology lab operations is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area.
