We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and will be responsible for driving sales, appointing new Dealers, and expanding our Dealer base in the given territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Appointment of New Dealers for sale of E-Rickshaws and E-Cargo in the assigned territory.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our Dealer base.

Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Dealer relationships.

Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.

Prepare regular sales MIS and forecasts to monitor performance and provide insights into potential improvements.

Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to ensure competitive positioning.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ yrs. experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, in battery trade, tractor sales or 2W/3W EV trade.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain Dealer relationships.

Must be proficient in computer software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc

Must have a thorough understanding of dealership operations and the auto finance industry.

Able to meet deadlines and establish objectives.

Must have strong marketing and sales skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
