Job Title: Sales Representative

A field sales executive is responsible for generating new business by actively visiting potential clients in person, building relationships, presenting products or services, and closing deals to meet sales targets, often requiring extensive travel and a deep understanding of customer needs to effectively negotiate and maintain long-term customer relationships. Key responsibilities of a field sales executive:
• Lead generation: Identifying and qualifying potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Customer visits: Scheduling and conducting in-person meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present product/service solutions.
• Sales presentations: Delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
• Relationship building: Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Sales cycle management: Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including handling objections and negotiating pricing.
• Sales target achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and revenue goals.
• Market analysis: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities.
• CRM management: Maintaining accurate customer data and sales activity records within the company's CRM system.
• Reporting and forecasting: Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management regarding sales pipeline and potential revenue.
Required skills and qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate product value propositions and build rapport with clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills: Building trust and rapport with customers to establish long-term relationships.
• Sales acumen: Understanding the sales process, including lead qualification, objection handling, and closing techniques.

• Time management skills: Effectively managing a busy schedule with multiple client interactions and travel.
