We are looking for energetic, smart and persuasive candidates who are passionate about Sales, making deals and solving problems. The candidate must be a quick learner to understand all of the company's products and must be able to train clients and handle queries. The candidate must be innovative to generate leads and disciplined to make outbound sales. Being responsible to maintain appropriate documentation and give reports to relevant authorities and achieving the set Sales Targets will be important for the candidate.
Responsibilities and Duties
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
1.) Generating leads, qualifying them through multiple methods of lead generation like cold calling, innovative sales, references, etc.
2.) Setting up meetings and coordinating with seniors.
3.) Giving sales demonstrations to clients.
4.) Negotiating, problem-solving and Closing deals.
5.) Documentation and reporting of meetings, closing ratio, and other key metrics.
6.) Training and customer support for clients
7.) Coordinating client's requirements with the development team to achieve the required goals.
8.) Testing and coordinating with clients for required developments.
