Role - Lead Outside Sales
Role and Responsibilities:
? Leads will be generated in house and prefixed meetings will be assigned to you by inside sales team.
? Data centric in approach and come up with smart & efficient processes for amazing customer experience
? Developing sales strategies and following up on business leads and referrals
? Travelling to various client locations and meeting sales targets
? Conducting presentations and product demonstrations
? Work with the Product team and provide the inputs to improve the interface, for better customer support and customer experience.

? Local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities, and scaling up the Business.
? Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience.
Required skills and Expertise
? 2 + years of experience in high-paced, high-pressure startup.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and should be a quick learner with people management skills.
? You should be a result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative, and focused on team cohesion.
? You should possess strong networking, negotiations and relationship-building skills.
? Local Language Proficiency is preferred
