Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires engaging directly with dealers, presenting our products, and building long-term partnerships to expand our market reach. The ideal candidate will be proactive in securing new accounts, locking deals, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers to promote Xtrends' products.
• Conduct sales meetings with dealers to demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively answer dealer inquiries.
• Identify potential new markets and customer segments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growing the dealer network.
• Provide timely sales reports and feedback to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in home appliances or a related industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
