Job Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling blood collection tubes to healthcare providers, laboratories, and other relevant customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role requires building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with the company's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and target potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Gather and analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing performance and progress.
• Ensure all sales documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Training and Development:
• Continuously update knowledge on product features, benefits, and advancements.
• Attend industry conferences, workshops, and training sessions as required.
• Share best practices and knowledge with team members to enhance overall team performance.
Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on market trends and sales performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or fresher also can apply.
• Strong understanding of blood collection tubes and related products is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using ERP software and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.
