Job Title: Sales Executive (Travel Sector)
Location: Delhi
We are in search of a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the travel industry and will be responsible for driving new business, fostering long-term relationships, and promoting our diverse travel products and services, including tours, packages, flights, and accommodations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through a variety of methods such as cold calls, emails, networking events, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both individual and corporate clients.
• Analyze client requirements and suggest personalized travel solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Effectively promote and sell both domestic and international travel products, including but not limited to flight bookings, hotel stays, tours, and packages.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with the latest trends in the travel industry, including new destinations and competitor products.
• Work closely with the internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of clients' travel arrangements.
Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the travel industry.
• Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of travel products, destinations, and pricing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field is a plus.
