Female Sales Representative

to join our team in the skin and hair care industry. This role involves promoting our services and products to salons, spas, dermatology clinics, and individual clients. You will play a key role in driving growth by building relationships, educating clients, and delivering tailored solutions for their skin and hair care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C opportunities within the beauty and wellness sector. Promote our range of skin and hair care treatments, therapies, and products. Conduct consultations, product demos, and presentations for potential clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with salon owners, dermatologists, and wellness professionals. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and training workshops to stay current. Negotiate pricing, service packages, and contracts in line with company standards. Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. Collaborate with marketing and service teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Requirements:

1-3 years of sales experience in the beauty, skincare, haircare, or wellness industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of beauty, skin, and hair care services and products. Ability to meet sales targets and close deals effectively. Self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in marketing, cosmetology, or any field preferred.

Preferred Qualities:

Existing network in the beauty or wellness industry. Aesthetic sense and understanding of beauty trends. Ability to explain complex treatments or products in simple, client-friendly terms. Passion for personal care, grooming, and wellness.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
