The selected candidate will be a part of our Paint Manufacturing Company at Chennai. He needs to perform the following duties

- Educating customers: Explain how products and different brands of paint work and help the customer benefit from the usage
- Building relationships: Establish and maintain trust with customers.
- Resolving complaints: Address customer concerns by collaborating with the manufacturing unit.
- Upselling and cross-selling: Convince customers to buy more expensive products or related products
- Negotiating: Discuss prices and terms, and prepare sales agreements
- Collaborating: Work with colleagues in other departments, such as Production and Delivery team
- Maintaining records: Keep track of sales leads and client databases
- Monitoring competitors: Gather information about competitors\' activities and pricing
- Conducting research: Research the market and industry
